Office property vacancy rates in June 2011 in the five central Tokyo wards and Tokyo's 23 wards were 7.5% and 7.6%, respectively.These rates were lower than those in many other large cities nationwide.The vacancy rate for Shibuya Station southwest was 8.0% in June 2011, as indicated in the following chart.It was relatively equal to those in the five central Tokyo wards and Tokyo's 23 wards.
