Population and Number of Households
For the five years ended March 31, 2011, the annual population growth rates of the five central Tokyo wards and the Tokyu Areas exceeded the nationwide growth rates as indicated in the following charts.And household growth rates of the five central Tokyo wards and the Tokyu Areas becomes duller, but the number of households increases steadily.
