(Note 2) The nomination of one substitute executive director was resolved at the General Meeting of Unitholders of TOKYU REIT held on April 21, 2023 in preparation for cases where there is a vacancy in the position of executive director or where the number of executive directors falls below the number stipulated by laws and regulations. The period for which a resolution pertaining to the appointment of a substitute executive director remains in force shall be until April 30, 2025.
